Sue is a Registered Nurse and holds a Masters Degree in Primary Health Care majoring in Palliative Care. Sue has extensive experience both as a clinician, educator, and senior manager in acute care, aged care, and community healthcare settings.
Sue is passionate about making a difference to the way in which people experience the healthcare system identifying that healthcare should be delivered by competent, knowledgeable individuals to ensure the best possible experience for the recipient of that care.
Sue has an interest in gut health and has explored the subject broadly. Sue creates a number of fermented products in her kitchen laboratory - from almond milk Kefir to cranberry kombucha - she is continuously experimenting.
Sue believes Nursing to be a fabulous profession - the backbone of the healthcare system, “it is the knowledge of the individual Nurse that has an immediate impact on the happiness of the person in their care”
